Spray-In Bedliner Care Guide
Give your new liner time to cure, then keep it clean and protect it from unnecessary damage.
Start here
First: confirm when the bed is ready
- Use the cure and return-to-use time provided for your installation. Temperature, humidity, and the liner system affect when it is ready.
- Until that time is confirmed, do not load cargo, reinstall a bed mat, place a cover against the liner, or wash the coated surface.
- Dry to the touch does not necessarily mean ready for heavy use. Call our team if you need to haul something before the stated release time.
Once the liner is fully cured
- Remove loose dirt, then wash with mild soap and water using a soft brush, sponge, or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and let the bed dry.
- Lift heavy cargo instead of dragging sharp edges across the liner. Secure loads so they cannot slide or gouge the surface.
- Clean spills promptly using a method approved for the liner and the spilled material. Do not leave chemicals, fuel, or oil pooling on the surface.
- Inspect the liner after hard use. Small damaged areas are easier to assess before moisture and debris build up underneath.
Something does not look right?
Contact us about lifting edges, peeling, deep gouges, exposed metal, or a surface that remains unusually soft. Send a photo and your installation date. Do not sand, patch, or coat over the area before we assess it.
